PREORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

Preorders

A preorder reserves an item before it is available for fulfillment. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

The expected fulfillment date or window is shown on the product page. If that timing changes, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Delivery timing begins once your preorder is ready for fulfillment.

Free standard local delivery can take up to 5 business days. The KYD 5.00 Next Day Delivery option applies after your preorder is ready; it does not bring forward the fulfillment date.

Cancellations

Preorders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please check your size, item selection and order details carefully before completing checkout.

After receiving your order, eligible items may be exchanged under our Exchange Policy.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact info@ssnceapparel.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
